CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation email.

If you are unable to locate your subscription management link, please contact us at customer@zenboxjp.com at least 7 days before your next billing date, and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a prepaid plan.
