SHIPPING POLICY
All ZenBox orders ship directly from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post (International e-Packet / EMS).
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
- United States: 5-21 business days
- Canada / Europe / UK: 7-21 business days
- Australia / Asia: 5-14 business days
- Rest of World: 7-28 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.

All subscription plans include free international shipping.
CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES & FEES
IMPORTANT: All prices listed on zenboxjp.com are product prices only and do NOT include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or any other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
As our products ship internationally from Japan, your order may be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authority, NOT by ZenBox.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the importer of record for your shipment.
- All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your country are YOUR sole responsibility.
- ZenBox has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
- ZenBox will not reimburse or compensate for any duties, taxes, or fees charged upon delivery.
- Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs charges may result in the package being returned to Japan at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
For U.S. customers: U.S. customs and tariff policies are subject to change. All shipments entering the United States may be subject to customs duties regardless of value. For the most current information, please visit the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) website at https://www.cbp.gov/.
We strongly recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order. If you have questions about potential charges, please contact your local customs office.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Tracking may show limited updates while in transit internationally.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at customer@zenboxjp.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with Japan Post to resolve the issue.
If your package arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
